These terms apply to quico.site and to RAPly, which are operated by . By using the site you agree to them. RAPly also asks you to agree to them the first time you log in, and again whenever they change significantly. How we handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use RAPly
RAPly is for authorized team members only. Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator, and there’s no public sign-up. Having someone else’s login doesn’t authorize you to use RAPly.
Your access ends when you leave the team or an administrator removes your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example to protect the service or if these terms are broken.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for everything done with your account.
- Keep your password private. Don’t share your login or let anyone else use your account.
- Change the temporary password you were given when you first log in, and use a strong password you don’t use anywhere else.
- If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away at .
3. What you may not do
Don’t:
- access, or try to access, accounts, data, or parts of the system you haven’t been given access to
- probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities, or get around its security or rate limits, without our written permission
- scrape, bulk-download, or copy the script library or flowchart for use outside the team’s work
- share RAPly content, such as scripts or the flowchart, with anyone outside the team
- overload or disrupt the service, or use automated tools against it
- enter content that’s illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is harassing, discriminatory, or offensive
- put sensitive personal data, such as customer IDs, payment details, or health information, into titles, names, or the flowchart
- use the service for any purpose other than the team’s work
4. Content
The script library, flowchart, and site design belong to us or to the team that supplied them. You may use them only for the team’s work while you’re authorized. Anything you add, such as custom titles or flowchart edits, must be content you have the right to use, and we may remove it if it breaks these terms.
5. Public pages
The QUI CO Cafe menu and the dice roller are personal demo projects. Orders on the cafe page are mock-ups: nothing is charged or delivered.
6. No warranty
quico.site and RAPly are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that its scripts are complete or up to date. Check script content before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This doesn’t take away any consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, and when we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If the change is significant, RAPly will ask you to agree to the new version at your next login before you can keep using it.
